Over the past 15 years, web presence has evolved from an augmentation of traditional business operations to a mission-critical element. Optimizing the web experience needs to be a top business priority. 

In the “web first” world we live in, business and IT leaders need to understand the importance of a good web experience. A high-quality session makes for a good experience, and good experiences drive customer loyalty. Alternatively, slow load times create a poor experience, and poor experiences lead to abandoned sessions. And ultimately, abandoned sessions lead to revenue and customer loss.
